Thank you for being part of our market. Your presence helps families receive compassionate end-of-life care, grief support, and community resources through Hospice Fredericton. Everything you need for a smooth day is below.

Event at a glance

  • Date & Time: Sunday, November 30, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Location: The Fredericton Inn (lots of free parking; fully accessible)
  • Public Entry: Cash donation or non-perishable food item for Greener Village
  • Family Activities: Santa’s Workshop all day — ornament decorating, card making, and face painting

Vendor schedule

  • 8:00 AM — Vendor check-in opens
  • 8:00–9:45 AM — Load-in and setup
  • 10:00 AM — Market opens to the public
  • 4:00–5:00 PM — Teardown and load-out (please wait until 4:00 PM to dismantle)

Check-in & load-in

  • Look for the Vendor Check-In sign. Volunteers will guide you to your table.
  • Carts/dollies are encouraged for heavier items. Please keep hallways clear.

Your space

  • Table: One 6-ft table per vendor (unless otherwise arranged).
  • Power: Available by request—bring your own extension cords and power bars.
  • Displays: Keep within your assigned footprint; maintain clear, accessible aisles.
  • Waste: Please pack out any packaging and leave your area tidy.

Payments & Wi-Fi

  • Vendors manage their own sales and payment processing.
  • Wi-Fi details will be available at check-in if needed for basic transactions.
