Hospice staff and volunteers work with our medical partners to help support those being cared for at home during end-of-life. Our community programs include:
Home visitation program delivered by trained volunteers who provide emotional support to both patient and family.

This helps direct the focus into the patient’s lives by identifying the joyful times. Volunteers will help patients re-tell the story of their lives and share their memories with loved ones.

This 6-week grief support group is facilitated by two experienced social workers and is both supportive and educational. Please see our Grief Resources page for more information.
