Our Christmas Market is more than just a shopping destination; it’s a community gathering that supports a great cause! The market will feature a unique lineup of vendors, entertainment, and activities, ensuring that your visit offers something new and exciting.

Whether you’re looking for handcrafted gifts or holiday decor or simply want to soak in the festive atmosphere, the Hospice Fredericton Christmas Market has something for everyone!

Entry is free, but donations are encouraged.

Payment: Invoices will be emailed to approved vendors and a payment deadline will be indicated on the invoice.

Cancellation Policy: Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.

Vendor Variety:
We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar products to maintain a diverse market. Please list all items you plan to sell on your application to assist us with this process.

Setup and Tear Down:
Set up begins at 8:00 AM on the day of the market, and tear down begins at 4:00 PM. Vendors who tear down early, set up late, or do not show up may be excluded from future markets without a refund.

Market Locations: Please specify any location preferences in your application, and we will do our best to accommodate. The majority have electrical outlets that are easily accessible but we do ask that you bring your own extension cords.

Acceptance and Waiting List:
All applicants will receive an email notifying them of their status, whether they have been accepted, denied, or placed on the waiting list. We will maintain a waiting list once the market reaches capacity or if we have reached our limit for specific product categories.
