Our Christmas Market is more than just a shopping destination; it’s a community gathering that supports a great cause! Each day of the market will feature a unique lineup of vendors, entertainment, and activities, ensuring that every visit offers something new and exciting.

Whether you’re looking for handcrafted gifts or holiday decor or simply want to soak in the festive atmosphere, the Hospice Fredericton Christmas Market has something for everyone!

Entry is free, but donations are encouraged.

Each table is 4 feet long and is available for a fee of $50 per Sunday. Vendors can choose to participate on one, two, or all three Sundays, depending on what works best for their schedule. When filling out the application form, please make sure to indicate the dates you wish to attend.

Application and Payment Information:
Each table is 4 feet long and is available for a fee of $50 per Sunday. Vendors have the flexibility to choose how many Sundays they would like to participate in. You can apply for all three Sundays, just one, or two—whatever best fits your schedule and availability.

Payment: Required for each Sunday market being attended. Invoices will be emailed to approved vendors.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available until October 31, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date (no exceptions). If extreme weather results in a market cancellation, a 50% refund in the form of a credit for a future Hospice Fredericton event will be provided.

Returning/Saturday Market Vendors:
If you are a vendor at the Saturday market, we will make every effort to keep you at the same table to minimize setup.

Food Vendors:
If you are selling any type of food and are not a current Saturday vendor at Boyce Market, you must provide a special event permit from the Department of Health with your application.

Vendor Variety:
We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar products to maintain a diverse market. Please list all items you plan to sell on your application to assist us with this process.

Setup and Tear Down:
Set up begins at 6:30 AM on the day of each market, and tear down begins at 4:00 PM. Vendors who tear down early, set up late, or do not show up may be excluded from future markets without a refund.

Market Locations: Due to the unique layout and customizations of the market, we cannot guarantee specific features for each table. Some locations may have immovable poles or other features. Please specify any location preferences in your application, and we will do our best to accommodate. The majority have electrical outlets that are easily accessible.

Acceptance and Waiting List:
All applicants will receive an email notifying them of their status, whether they have been accepted, denied, or placed on the waiting list. We will maintain a waiting list once the market reaches capacity or if we have reached our limit for specific product categories.

Market Updates:
All updates regarding the Hospice Fredericton Christmas Market will be distributed by email. Please ensure your email address is written clearly on your application.

The Christmas Market will take place on the first three Sundays of December 2024: December 1st, 8th, and 15th. The market will be open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day.

The market is held at the Boyce Farmer’s Market, located at 665 George Street, Fredericton, New Brunswick.

3. How much does it cost to rent a table?

4. Can I choose which Sundays to attend?
